O acidente ocorreu por volta das 13h30 de quarta-feira (26). Após o ocorrido, o brinquedo foi isolado para perícia e o parque foi interditado pelo prefeito de Goiânia, Iris Rezende (PMDB). Segundo o diretor do Instituto de Criminalística, Rodrigo Medeiros, a estrutura que sustenta o brinquedo partiu ao meio. Metade das cadeiras bateu no chão e o restante ficou suspenso.
“Se o eixo estivesse intacto, ele resistiria todo o peso do equipamento, sem dúvidas. E é isto que vai ser avaliado, como ele estava no momento em que houve o rompimento. É um diâmetro de cerca de 16 centímetros. A composição deste material também vai ser avaliada, para saber se ainda tinha resistência para continuar em funcionamento”, disse Medeiros.
Segundo a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde (SMS), inicialmente, 11 pessoas foram atendidas no local. No entanto, ao chegarem às unidades de saúde, outras duas mulheres que acompanhavam vítimas perceberam escoriações e também foram atendidas.
Os feridos foram encaminhados para o Hospital de Urgências de Goiânia (Hugo), Hospital de Urgências Governador Otávio Lage de Siqueira (Hugol) e Centro de Referência em Ortopedia e Fisioterapia (Crof).
De acordo com o boletim médico divulgado nesta quinta-feira (27) pelo Hugol, os três paciente que foram encaminhados para a unidade receberam alta.
Entrou em contato, nesta manhã, com as demais unidades de saúde e aguarda o estado de saúde atualizado dos feridos no acidente.
No Hugo, até o início da noite de quarta-feira, uma menina de 9 anos tinha estado de saúde grave e estava internada na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI). Já um homem de 49 anos tinha estado regular e passava por reavaliação. Ainda na mesma unidade, uma mulher de 56 anos tinha estado grave e passava por cirurgia na perna.

‘Tragédia Anunciada’
O delegado Isaías Pinheiro, titular do 1º Distrito Policial de Goiânia, que apura o caso no Parque Mutirama, afirmou nesta quinta-feira (27) em entrevista à TV Anhanguera que vai começar a ouvir depoimentos sobre o acidente. Segundo ele, a partir dos trabalhos preliminares feitos por ele, o caso foi uma “tragédia anunciada”.
“Foi solicitada uma perícia no local. Esta perícia é demorada, antes mesmo dela vamos ouvir as pessoas que estavam no local, os funcionários, os frequentadores, e depois as vítimas, pra gente saber se houve crime naquele evento. Pelo o que a gente percebe ali era uma tragédia anunciada, ou seja, equipamentos velhos, o poder público nunca tem a manutenção ideal, e o que nós temos que verificar ali são as responsabilidades”, afirmou.
O Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia de Goiás (Crea-GO) informou por meio de nota que “seus agentes fiscais realizam, anualmente, vistorias em parques de diversão em todo o Estado de Goiás”. O órgão destaca que, na última vistoria do Mutirama, realizada no dia 26 de janeiro deste ano, “foi constatada a inexistência de profissional da engenharia responsável pela manutenção dos equipamentos eletromecânicos”.
Diante da constatação, o Crea-GO esclarece que notificou a Agetul para que apresentasse o responsável, o que não foi feito.
O capitão dos bombeiros, Patrick Nowak, esclareceu que a documentação relativa às inspeções dos bombeiros estava em dia.
“Quando a gente faz a nossa inspeção nos locais de aglomeração de público, a gente pega a anotação de responsabilidade técnica de um engenheiro, que avalia e fala que o brinquedo está ok para ser usado durante certo tempo. Nesse caso, o Mutirama possui todos esses documentos”, afirmou.
No entanto, após o acidente, o documento passou a ser inválido e será necessária nova inspeção. “Como houve o acidente com o brinquedo, esse termo de responsabilidade técnica que estava com validade é desconsiderado. Nós interditamos o Parque até a apresentação de novos documentos falando da funcionalidade legal do brinquedo”, esclareceu.
Um documento mostra que o brinquedo passou por uma inspeção ainda nesta quarta-feira, que apontava que todos os quesitos estavam dentro da normalidade. Porém, no mesmo não consta a assinatura de técnico mecânico.
